I got my tickets for the Canucks vs Edmonton game on December 18th which is “Trevor Linden Night”. They are retiring my all time favorite and greatest Canuck ever Trevor Linden’s jersey number 16. Once I heard it was that night I had to have tickets. They arrived in the mail last week and I’m very excited!!

I’ve also been saving to get my new camera. I had researched and have decided on the Canon XSi Kit with two lenses, 18-55mm and 55-250mm zoom lens. There’s a camera shop downtown that has better prices then everywhere else. So we went down today to get it and…they’re totally sold out! I made a comment to my boyfriend that we’d probably get there and they’d be sold out. According to the woman there they’ve just flown off the shelf. Apparently Canon didn’t realize how good a lens they had in the 55-250mm because they’re totally sold out of the lens too. I’m going to call end of next week and see if they’ve got it in. She couldn’t give a specific time because of how many they’ve been selling and everything. I am a little bit disappointed now. But oh well. As long as I have it before the Canucks game!!

And now I’m going to try to work on my site or sort through my bookmarks or something that at least looks productive while I listen to the cd I just bought, Les Miserables: The Original London Cast. (So far I don’t really like the voices as much as the Broadway and 10th Anniversary…but nothing is every going to beat the 10th Anniversary for me…but that’s all for another post I think…)
